RUŌOD Lab Academy
Study resources
The tools and references the lessons rely on, gathered in one place.
Calculators
Both work in your browser and send nothing anywhere. Perfume Dilution Basics teaches the arithmetic behind them; do it by hand a few times first.
Make a dilution
What to weigh for a dilution of a given strength. Weight, not volume.
How much pure material is in it?
The pure material carried by a weight of diluted material.
Where to look things up

How we check these lessons
- Evidence is labeled. A lesson separates what research has established from what the trade customarily does and from our own judgment.
- Every calculation is worked and checked. The calculators are tested against hand-worked values.
- Exercises are for learning. Dilutions and blends here are study aids. They are not validated products and have not been safety-assessed, and nothing here should be worn or sold on the strength of a lesson.
- No regulatory limits are restated. Limits change and depend on the product and market, so lessons link to the current source.
- No invented evidence. No testimonials, ratings, named experts or statistics we cannot stand behind. The RUŌOD Lab team writes the lessons, and no outside instructor has reviewed them.
- No qualification. The Academy offers no certificate or accreditation.
