General

Questions about RUŌOD Lab or about RUŌOD, anything to do with using the application, and requests to be told when it reaches Google Play.

Developer inquiries, technical feedback, bug reports with enough detail to reproduce, and collaboration.

Reporting a problem

If something in the application has gone wrong, the most useful message includes:

  • what you were doing, and what you expected instead;
  • the screen it happened on;
  • your device and Android version;
  • the app version, shown at the top of Settings → About.

RUŌOD Lab contains no crash reporting and sends us nothing automatically, so a problem is only ever something we can look into because you told us about it. Please do not attach a complete backup file unless we have asked for one — it contains your whole library.

Privacy questions

Anything about what the application stores or sends is answered in full in the Privacy Policy. If it does not answer your question, write to info@ruood.com and we will.

When you email us, we see your email address and whatever you put in the message, and we use it to reply to you. That is the only circumstance in which RUŌOD holds personal information connected to the application.

Availability

RUŌOD Lab is an Android application and is not yet listed on Google Play. There is no download link on this site, because there is not yet an official listing to link to. Write to info@ruood.com if you would like to hear when there is.
