What you need
Your documented training library from Level 3, a 0.01 g scale, and a growing set of materials. Each accord workshop lists what it needs, and substitutions are expected.
How long it takes
Expect months rather than weeks. Accords and formulas must rest and be smelled over days, so the calendar matters more than the reading.
